Phase 1: SAFETY FIRST

2/1/23 - 3/31/23


Phase 1 : is all about safety and top priority items first. We are diligently working on improving the safety of the community first. We plan on adding fencing and outdoor cameras throughout. We have already completed many plumbing issues added gravel to reduce mud, removed old non-working cars and beginning to work on planning with each tenant on important repairs needed for planning of phase 2 and 3.

Phase 2: Important Repairs

4/1/23 - 5/15/23

Phase 2 : Once safety has been addressed, we will work with each tenant to make important repair necessary to prepare each unit for full market rental standards. If there is something missing or broken, this is the phase where we will tackle it. During this time we will also be working on cosmetic repairs of the exterior, fixing the siding and preparing for a fresh coat of paint that will make this community shine.

Phase 3 - Improvements

5/15-23 - 7/1/23

Phase 3 : The Third and Final stage of this process is to make improvements/updates to the properties on an "as needed" basis to bring them to full market standards. During this time, we will be working with current tenants and looking for new tenants for vacant properties. We will be diligently looking for ways to improve the community's look and feel so that all tenants can feel proud of where they live and treat it with respect.

Community Guidelines

  • All Tenants are allowed 2 cars on their property. Parking stickers will be distributed within phase 3.
  • Broken down cars, abandoned cars or non-functioning cards will be towed at owners expense.
  • All tenants are required to be registered with management and provide an ID.
  • NO OUTDOOR PETS ALLOWED. No exceptions.
  • Indoor Pets require a pet fee of $500. Violations can be cause for eviction.
  • Courtyard picnic area is a shared space open to residents and their guests only.
  • No outdoor storage is allowed.
